The mayor of Aitona since 2010, Rosa Pujol, will present an agreement with the PSC for the municipal elections tomorrow. Her party, Aitona Primer, which is part of Ara Pacte Local, has called a press conference for tomorrow midday.
She will be joined at this appearance by the Minister of Agriculture and First Secretary of the PSC in Lleida, Pirineu i Aran, Òscar Ordeig.
Pujol, who is also a provincial deputy in the Diputació de Lleida, where she serves as fourth vice-president, is part of the current governing team resulting from the pact between ERC, the PSC, and Ara Pacte Local.
The current mayor has led the Aitona council with different parties over the years, starting with CiU, moving through Junts per Aitona, and, since 2023, with Ara Pacte Local.
