'Science and Wellbeing' workshops in Lleida attract nearly 100 participants

Researcher Izaskun Urdanibia leads an initiative to promote healthy habits and active aging for individuals over 40.

Almost a hundred individuals attended the first edition of the 'Science and Wellbeing: health and knowledge for a full life' workshops, organized in Lleida by researcher Izaskun Urdanibia.

These workshops, driven by researcher Izaskun Urdanibia from the Cancer Biomarker Research Group (GReBiC) at the Biomedical Research Institute of Lleida (IRBLleida), are designed to promote wellbeing and health knowledge for individuals over 40. The aim is to encourage habits that help prevent chronic diseases and support active aging.
Through accessible talks and interactive activities, the researcher and professor at the University of Lleida has conducted these workshops in various entities in Ponent, including FeSalut and Aspid.
