The Generalitat de Catalunya has released the 2025 Social Report, revealing that Vall d'Aran is the region with the highest average income in the province of Lleida, reaching 3,301 euros per month per household.

According to the study, the economic prosperity ranking is completed by Segarra, with an average of 3,175 euros, and Pla d'Urgell, which records 3,150 euros per home. However, higher income does not always mean a lower cost of living. Segarra leads the expenditure list with 3,237 euros per month.
On the other hand, the regions with the lowest resources per household are Alt Urgell, at the bottom with 2,587 euros, Garrigues with 2,688 euros, and Alta Ribagorça with 2,843 euros. These three areas also have the lowest cost of living in the province.
Housing, including electricity, water, and gas, remains the primary expense. In the province of Lleida, this category averages 1,051 euros per month. The second largest cost is food, which stands at approximately 510 euros per month.
