The Salvem Cal Macià platform reported on February 13, 2026, the severe deterioration of Casa Vallmanya in Alcarràs following a period of intense wind and rain.

The historic building, once the summer home of President Francesc Macià, has lost several roof tiles, leading to significant water leaks. According to the organization, the storm has worsened a 50-square-meter hole in the roof of the estate.
