The historic building, once the summer home of President Francesc Macià, has lost several roof tiles, leading to significant water leaks. According to the organization, the storm has worsened a 50-square-meter hole in the roof of the estate.

The group expressed frustration over the lack of response from the Department of Culture. On January 26, they filed a complaint with the Lleida Prosecutor's Office against the local and regional governments for alleged inaction in preserving this National Cultural Heritage site.
