The City Council of Lleida opens tomorrow, Tuesday, October 20, the second neighborhood Citizen Service Office (OAC) in Secà de Sant Pere, located in the civic center at Carrer Santa Coloma, 1.

The new office will join those already existing in La Bordeta, the OMAC on Rambla de Ferran, and the OGAT on Avinguda de Blondel. Its opening hours will be from 9 AM to 2 PM on weekdays, and on Tuesdays also in the afternoon, from 4 PM to 6 PM, during the period between October 1st and May 31st.
This opening responds to the objective of bringing local administration closer to the neighborhoods, offering more accessible service and facilitating the management of procedures for citizens.
From this new space, most municipal procedures can be carried out, such as registration certificates, changes in tax data, subscription to electronic notification, cemetery-related procedures, obtaining payment letters, submitting documents to the general registry, applying for tax benefits, registering pets, requesting appointments at OGAT and OMAC offices, and managing payment facilities such as direct debit of taxes, installments, and personalized plans.
The only procedures that cannot be carried out at the neighborhood OACs are registrations and applications for building permits.
In addition to the in-person channel, citizens have the electronic processing assistance service (OAC360) at the phone number 973 930 247, the telephone service for tax attention and management at 973 135 105, and the video attention service, all part of the "Always with You" project.
