The Diputació de Lleida has launched the 'Serveis en Ruta' project, which includes two surveys to assess municipal services and citizen needs across the province.

With the aim of completing the diagnosis of existing services in the municipalities of the province of Lleida and identifying shortcomings, the 'Serveis en Ruta' project, driven by the Diputació de Lleida, has prepared two brief surveys. These initiatives aim to gather a qualitative perspective on municipal reality and enhance the existing database.
One survey is aimed at citizens, to understand their perception of available services, identify those they find lacking, and gauge interest in potential mobile services. The other survey targets service holders or providers, to collect information on their operations, scope, continuity, generational succession, and other characteristics.
Participation in these surveys is considered crucial for obtaining a comprehensive diagnosis of the territory. This information will enable the identification of existing needs and the design of future actions to promote improvements in municipal services.
