CP Calafell is preparing for the WSE Cup Final 4 in Lleida this weekend, with the ambition of adding a second European title to their record.

The team led by Guillem Cabestany faces a crucial international event in Lleida, where they will attempt to win their second WSE Cup. The path to the final will begin this Saturday at 8:00 PM, in a semi-final match against the Portuguese team Juventude Pacense.
Should they win, the Calafell team would face the winner of the other semi-final, between Lleida and Monza, on Sunday at 5:00 PM. All indications point to a potential final between CP Calafell and Lleida, but the outcome will be decided on the rink.
CP Calafell previously lifted the WSE Cup in 2022 during a Final 4 held in Paredes, Portugal. On that occasion, they defeated Lleida 3-2 in the semi-finals and triumphed over the Italian team Follonica 6-5 in the final. It is worth noting that none of the players from that winning squad remain with the team today.
This edition of the WSE Cup could hold special significance for veteran player Jepi Selva, who has already announced his definitive retirement from roller hockey at the end of the current season.
