The extension of the alternative road service became effective this Saturday, covering the route up to Lleida instead of the usual stop at Vinaixa. This modification is due to infrastructure tasks that Adif had scheduled in the Juneda section, which prevented rail circulation between Lleida and Vinaixa.
Specifically, the R13 line offers road service between the capital of Segrià and Sant Vicenç de Calders. Regarding the R14 line, the alternative service is established between Lleida and Reus.
In addition to the disruptions caused by the works, Rodalies operated throughout the day with delays on many of its lines. These delays were mainly due to speed restrictions imposed on various sections of the network, as part of the ongoing network review.
