Blanes Theatre announces professional program for the first half of 2026

The season features nine contemporary theatre and comedy shows starring major figures from the Catalan stage.

The Teatre de BlanesTeatre de la Costa Brava Sud has unveiled its professional program for the first semester of 2026, featuring nine shows running from late January through June.

The professional season stands out due to the presence of renowned figures in Catalan theatre such as Jordi Boixaderas, Sergi López, David Verdaguer, Ramon Madaula, and Roger Coma, among others. The offering combines comedy, contemporary theatre, and small-format productions.
Among the most anticipated works are Els bons, starring Jordi Boixaderas and Ramon Madaula, and Non solum, the acclaimed monologue by Sergi López. The program also includes No ho hauria de fer, the solo debut of Roger Coma, and the theatrical cabaret Dos señoros, featuring David Verdaguer.
The schedule also includes performances by other long-standing interpreters and recognized voices from the current scene, such as Fel Faixedas, Carles Xuriguera, Edu Soto, and Sara Escudero.
Coinciding with the Christmas holidays, the Teatre de Blanes has launched the campaign 'Aquest Nadal Regala Teatre' (This Christmas Give Theatre). This initiative allows the purchase of tickets with exclusive discounts for all shows of the season. The promotion will be available from December 16 until January 5 via the official website.
With this new offering, the Teatre de Blanes reinforces its commitment to stable and quality cultural programming, aiming to bring professional theatre closer to diverse audiences both in the municipality and the Selva region.
