One of the seriously injured, who arrived at the hospital with a knife lodged in his back, has undergone surgery twice at the Hospital Universitari de Girona Doctor Josep Trueta, where he remains admitted in serious but stable condition. His life is not in danger. Another of the affected individuals transferred to the same hospital has already been discharged, while the other two were treated at the CAP and required stitches.

According to police sources, around twenty people participated in the confrontation against a group of five youths from Arbúcies. The other group is reportedly composed of individuals from Mataró, Tossa de Mar, and other municipalities. During the fight, damage was also caused to a vehicle linked to the victims.

The Local Police of Lloret de Mar initially took charge of the operation and arrested one young man for alleged assault. The Medical Emergency System transferred the injured to various healthcare centers.

The investigation remains open and has been handed over to the Investigation Unit of the Mossos d'Esquadra in Blanes, which is working to clarify the circumstances of the events.
