The Lloret de Mar City Council has opened the application period for the installation of six stalls during the Sant Romà 2026 Festival, which will take place from November 13th to 15th in Plaça Germinal Ros.

Non-profit organizations that meet the requirements established in the regulatory bases can apply for one of these authorizations for the temporary occupation of public space. Requirements include being registered in the Municipal Registry of Entities with a minimum of two years' seniority, having at least 10 verifiable members, and dedicating all profits to projects or actions within the municipality.
The deadline for submitting applications is October 23rd, 2026. Applications must be submitted electronically through the City Council's website or via other legally provided channels.
Applications must include a responsible declaration signed by the entity's representative and a description of the intended use of profits. Proposed entities may be subsequently required to submit additional documentation such as statutes, tax identification number (NIF/CIF), civil liability insurance policy, and proof of food safety training if food is to be handled.
The stalls will be operational during the festival concerts, closing a maximum of 20 minutes after the performances end. Authorized entities must comply with all obligations set forth in the bases.
