To process this application, documentation such as ID, proof of retirement, pension, or disability, and the previous year's tax return must be submitted.
This rebate applies exclusively to the primary residence and has limitations regarding the ownership of other properties that generate income. Individuals occupying the dwelling under precarious conditions, such as users, usufructuaries, or tenants, can also benefit if they assume the fee payment, by submitting a sworn declaration and proving that this cost is passed on to them. Applications for this rebate must be renewed annually.
