Lloret de Mar's Municipal Employment Service is introducing its most extensive and diverse training program to date, designed to address the needs of job seekers and local businesses.
Key new offerings include a 150-hour course on Support for Home Care of Dependent Persons, aimed at unemployed individuals over 45, and a 40-hour course on Fiber Optic Installation, providing specialized technical skills for a field with significant job opportunities. These initiatives underscore a commitment to diversifying professional paths beyond traditional sectors.
The program also strengthens skills related to tourism, the municipality's primary economic driver, with courses such as “Efficient Reception”: customer service and technological tools, English and French for customer service, and specialized training in hospitality and catering.
