The Casal Cultural la Violeta in Altafulla has unveiled its new winter season, offering a diverse program of music, theatre, and cinema running from January through March.

Among the season's highlights, which prioritizes proximity and artistic quality, is the inaugural concert by Escarteen Sisters on January 31, followed by the performance of Dani Nel·lo + Organ Trio on February 28. The program also includes the illusionism show Intimàgia, featuring Joaquim Matas, on March 7.
The Cultural Center will also participate in the Cap Butaca Buida initiative with the white, absurd, and surrealist comedy show L’èxit d’un fracassat, starring the popular Sr. Bohigues, from Companyia Bohigues & Cia, on March 21.

"This winter season reaffirms La Violeta as a lively, open space committed to culture in all its forms. We are committed to programming that connects with diverse audiences, combining big names with educational and local projects, and making culture a shared experience."

Kike Colmenar · Artistic Director of Casal Cultural la Violeta
One of the major novelties is the Altafulla’t! cycle, dedicated to performing arts and aimed at educational centers. Driven by the Altafulla City Council, this cycle will allow 1,200 students from the municipality and nearby towns to participate in theatre and circus shows without needing to travel.

"The strength of La Violeta is networking. Without the complicity of all these entities and institutions, a program like this would not be possible."

Gemma Maymó · Culture Councillor
The Altafulla’t! program for 2026 includes 4 GATS on February 3 for the Altafulla Institute, SAFARI on February 17 for La Portalada, El Roquissar, and Salvador Espriu schools (Roda de Berà), and HOTEL BUCAREST on February 18.
