The Association of Businesswomen and Executives of Tarragona (AEDT) celebrated its 10th anniversary by presenting a highly positive balance for 2025, establishing itself as a benchmark for female leadership in the Camp de Tarragona with a 30% increase in members.
The entity highlighted that 2025 served to consolidate its role as a key space for showcasing female talent and social action in the region. The Board of Directors, led by President Ana Ibars, has strengthened working committees and established a more solid internal structure to face future challenges.
During the year, the AEDT experienced an increase of over 30% in the number of members, confirming its position as a reference point. In addition to internal growth, the association organized more than 20 events, including monthly meetings and training sessions, and maintained an active institutional presence with the support of the Diputació de Tarragona and the Generalitat de Catalunya.
The entity's most prominent activity remains the AEDT Awards Gala, which recognizes female talent in the region. In the 10th anniversary edition, figures such as Núria Solé (AEDT Woman Award) and Merche Dalmau of Celler Clos Galena were honored. Regarding social action, the AEDT announced that the PortAventura Dreams Foundation will be the beneficiary of the 2026 Christmas solidarity dinner, following collaborations in 2025 with the Rosa Maria Vivar Foundation and the Association Against Cancer.
