The revised plan aims to safeguard the area's natural heritage by avoiding zones with protected flora, such as limonium. The path's width will be reduced from five meters to approximately 4.4 meters, ensuring enough space for emergency vehicles while minimizing environmental impact. The project, valued at 950,000 euros, remains assigned to the company Seranco.

Mayor Rubén Viñuales and Council President Noemí Llauradó confirmed that the Tarragona Provincial Council will cede additional land to the Ministry for Ecological Transition. This adjustment allows the path to move inland near Savinosa beach, protecting a consolidated dune and the local ecosystem.
