The most significant project is the new Camp de Tarragona tram, which is set to receive 101.2 million euros. This investment aims to modernize regional connectivity and represents the largest single expenditure in the local budget plan.
Healthcare is another major pillar, with 55.7 million euros earmarked for the Joan XXIII Hospital in Tarragona. Other key projects include 10.9 million for a senior citizens' residence in Reus and 10 million for the Vendrell Hospital expansion.
Geographically, the Tarragonès district will receive 196.1 million euros, while Baix Camp is allocated 83.7 million. The budget also includes funds for water management in Priorat and educational facilities in Alt Camp and Conca de Barberà.
