The town of Constantí has launched the urbanization works for the PPU-11 PIC-Tradilo sector, a project aimed at developing 161,500 square meters of industrial land in the Tarragonès region.

The development is located within the Constantí Industrial Estate and is divided into three zones. Area A covers 134,817 m2 up to the TV-7211 road, while Areas B and C are located to the north of the town center.
The total budget for the project reaches 4,122.912 euros. Construction is expected to last four and a half months, during which the site will be fully equipped with modern infrastructure for future business operations.
The plan includes the installation of essential services such as drinking water, sewage, gas, electricity, and telecommunications. It also covers the definition of new roads, pavements, and drainage systems required for the industrial site.
