The Department of Education has reported an 11.22% turnout for the education strike this Tuesday in Tarragona, Terres de l'Ebre, and Penedès.

The data, collected at 9:30 AM from 36.57% of schools, marks the second day of regional strikes. Unions are demanding further labor improvements beyond the current agreement between the Government and the CCOO and UGT unions.
The strike involves civil servant teachers, interim staff, and administrative personnel. While leisure education staff and indirect management nurseries are also called to strike, official data for these specific groups is currently unavailable.
This participation rate is higher than Monday's figures in Barcelonès and Baix Llobregat, where turnout stood at 7.05% during the early hours of the protest.
