The municipality of El Morell, located in the Tarragonès region, will hold the Imperial Race obstacle course on Saturday, March 14 at Granja dels Frares, expecting over 500 runners.

The Imperial Race obstacle course is a large-scale sporting event set to take place at Granja dels Frares, an area that will become a sports and family meeting point throughout the day. The event is scheduled to run approximately from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The organizers anticipate the participation of more than 500 runners, as well as an influx of over a thousand people throughout the day. This initiative, organized by TREIC Events, is designed to promote healthy habits, personal improvement, teamwork, and coexistence among participants.
The Imperial Race route adapts to different levels and combines physical and technical obstacles. The final zone will concentrate various challenges, in addition to offering entertainment, music, food trucks, and meeting spaces, aiming to provide a sporting day open to all citizens.
El Morell City Council, through the Department of Sports, collaborates and sponsors the event. Thanks to this support, registered residents who sign up will enjoy a 50% discount, helping to revitalize the municipality and local commerce with the arrival of runners from across the territory.
