The Camp de Tarragona region is preparing for an intense weekend of International Women's Day activities, although the 8M celebrations are being adjusted due to persistent rain forecasts in Tarragona and Reus.

In Tarragona city, the official manifesto reading was moved inside the City Hall this Friday. Cultural highlights include the play Máquinas sexuales at Sala Trono and the Veus de dones exhibition at the National Archaeological Museum (MNAT).
The main demonstration, organized by the Plataforma Feminista i LGTBIQ+, is scheduled for Sunday at 12:00 PM starting from Plaça Imperial Tàrraco. Meanwhile, Valls has officially postponed its main event to March 13th due to the weather conditions.
Other towns like Altafulla, Cambrils, and Constantí are maintaining their schedules for now, including concerts and traditional meals, but organizers warn that last-minute changes are likely if the rain continues throughout the weekend.
