The Junts per Catalunya municipal group in Tarragona has demanded explanations from Sandra Ramos, president of EMMCT, for allegedly withholding information regarding the protection of the municipal radio station's director.

Spokesperson Jordi Sendra criticized the fact that the board of the Tarragona Municipal Media Company was not informed until five months later about the Anti-Fraud Office of Catalonia renewing the director's status as a corruption whistleblower.

"It is a neglect of duties and a lack of respect for the members of the board."

The situation came to light following an email from the director's lawyer regarding a potential veto of his participation in the 40th anniversary gala of Tarragona Ràdio. Junts has formally requested access to the allegations submitted to the Anti-Fraud Office in the board's name without prior consultation.
