The workforce of PortAventura World in Tarragona officially ratified a new collective agreement on March 23, establishing the labor framework for the 2025-2029 period.

The deal, reached with mediation from the Generalitat de Catalunya, was approved during a general assembly. It focuses on enhancing salary conditions, job stability, and the overall organization of work within the theme park.
Company representatives highlighted that the new agreement strengthens the project's future growth while providing better work-life balance measures for all employees over the next four years.
