The individual, who works as a psychologist at the Tarragonès facility, had recently returned to work after a six-month suspension for similar reasons. The police intervention followed new complaints within the workplace.
The suspect is currently awaiting a court appearance in Tarragona. Following the judicial hearing, the Department of Justice will determine the administrative future of the employee.
