The martial artist Paula Gomariz, from the Pitbull Brothers school in Reus, won the Kimura Cup Salou championship held on March 14 at the Salou Municipal Pavilion.

The 31-year-old fighter competed in the Master 1 division for athletes under 55 kilograms. Gomariz secured the top spot on the podium after defeating her rivals in a competition that is part of the official Spanish Brazilian jiu-jitsu circuit.
The champion trains at the Pitbull Brothers academy, located on Balmes Street in Reus. The center specializes in combat sports and has become a key training hub for Brazilian jiu-jitsu practitioners in the Baix Camp region.
