The Tarragona City Council has announced the final phase for the 192 affordable rental apartments in the Les Oliveres development, with residents expected to move in by late 2026.

Located in the PP10 area between Bonavista and Campclar, these sustainable homes feature AA energy ratings, solar panels, and aerothermal systems. Monthly rents are set between 427 and 680 euros, including parking and storage units.

"These requirements guarantee access to a wide range of the population. These are not apartments for vulnerable people, but for those with reasonable salaries who struggle with market prices."

Nacho García · President of SMHAUSA
Applicants must be registered with the Catalan Social Housing Registry and have been residents of Tarragona for at least two years. Specific quotas include 49 units for youth under 35 and 37 units for seniors over 65.
An information session will be held on March 7th at the IMET assembly hall. This project is supported by EU Next Generation funds and aims to increase the city's social housing stock to 15% over the next 15 years.
