The Tarragona City Council presented the 2025-2029 Neighborhood Plan this Monday, March 9, outlining a 25 million euro investment for the Part Baixa district.

The project, scheduled for implementation between 2026 and 2030, will be equally funded by the Generalitat of Catalonia and the local government. It includes 34 specific actions focused on urban renewal and social equity.
Key areas of focus include housing efficiency, green infrastructure, and climate resilience. Additionally, the plan addresses social challenges such as education, employment, and neighborhood safety.

"The chosen proposal is an integral project that combines urban transformations, social actions, and a clear commitment to sustainability."
