Trial legend Toni Bou has secured his 20th X-Trial World Championship title following a dominant performance in Chalon-sur-Saône, France, during the eighth round of the series.

The Repsol Honda rider has mathematically sealed the championship with two rounds remaining. This victory marks Bou's 39th world title overall, including both indoor and outdoor disciplines, further cementing his status as the most successful rider in history.

"I am very happy with how the race went. Winning the title is always very special. It has been a different season for me, as I had to work very hard with the shoulder injury."

The indoor season will continue in Lisbon on April 12 and will conclude in Tarragona on April 18. Looking ahead, the outdoor championship is set to begin in Japan in mid-May 2026.
