Train services on the R-13 line between La Plana-Picamoixons and Roda de Berà will be completely suspended for two months starting May 4 due to urgent Adif works.

Users of the R-13 Regional line, which connects Lleida and Barcelona via Valls, will face new disruptions. The railway section between La Plana-Picamoixons and Roda de Berà stations will be completely interrupted due to repair and maintenance work that Adif must carry out on the infrastructure.
This measure, which was not initially planned, has been communicated through a work directive from the infrastructure administrator, signed on April 15. The urgency of the action highlights the need for immediate intervention.
The works will begin on May 4 and will last until July 6. They will consist of "emergency repair work" in four tunnels, where action will be taken on the platform, tracks, and electrification system. The stations will not be affected, so R-14 trains, which run via Reus, will maintain their usual service.
During this period, railway circulation will be completely suspended for both passengers and freight. This will require the operator Renfe to implement a Transport Alternatives Plan (PAT) to ensure user mobility.
These works will coincide with the ongoing works in the Garraf Tunnels, which already force users of the southern Regional trains to travel by road between Sant Vicenç de Calders and El Prat. According to the calendar, these works should conclude in June, although the exact date has not been specified.
