The plenary session of the Vila-seca City Council has initially approved the modification of the civility and coexistence ordinance, aiming to adapt it to the current reality of the municipality.

The updated regulations incorporate new rules on the use of public spaces, particularly green areas, parks, and gardens. It also addresses aspects related to sanitation and urban space maintenance concerning the feeding of urban wildlife.
During the plenary session, the public employment offer for the Municipal Tourism Board for 2026 was also approved, along with the modification of the provision system for the technical/specialist in tourist information job position.
The plenary received economic information for the first quarter of the year, sent to the Ministry of Finance. Additionally, three motions presented by municipal groups were debated but ultimately did not pass.
