Sunday, February 8, will bring overcast skies and scattered precipitation across the Camp de Tarragona and Terres de l’Ebre, featuring slightly lower minimum temperatures and strong westerly winds.

The day will start with very cloudy to overcast skies across the entire territory until the early morning. Although cloudiness will temporarily decrease from mid-morning, cloud intervals will persist, and new cloud formations will grow, particularly in the Massís del Port and the northeast quadrant.
Scattered precipitation is expected early morning in the north and east, extending until the evening in the eastern half and the central coast. The intensity will generally be weak. The snow level, generally around 1,400 meters, could temporarily drop to 800 meters on the southern slopes of the Pyrenees and Pre-Pyrenees during the early hours, depending on precipitation intensity.

Strong gusts of wind are expected in the western half, particularly on the Pyrenees peaks and the southern third starting midday.

Regarding temperatures, the minimum will be slightly lower, while the maximum will remain similar or drop slightly. Westerly winds will prevail in the western half, with strong and very strong gusts expected on the peaks of the Pyrenees and the southern third from noon onwards. Tramuntana winds will intensify in the Empordà region.
