Young chef from Cambrils reaches Le Cordon Bleu final

Aina Perelló Rojas will compete in Madrid for a 24,000 euro scholarship in high-end culinary arts.

Culinary student Aina Perelló Rojas, from Cambrils, has been named one of the ten finalists for the XIV Haute Cuisine Promises Award 2026 hosted by Le Cordon Bleu Madrid.

Currently studying at Jesuïtes Sarrià-Sant Ignasi in Barcelona, Perelló will represent Catalonia in the grand final on April 14. She qualified after preparing a stuffed quail with soufflé potatoes, showcasing regional techniques.
The winner will receive a 24,000 euro scholarship to study at the prestigious school, while the runner-up will be awarded 9,000 euros. The jury will feature world-renowned chefs, maintaining the high standards of previous editions.
