The second edition of the Festiuet festival in Salou (Tarragona) will take place on July 17 and 18, featuring La Gossa Sorda and Leire Martínez as the main musical headliners.

The full lineup announcement for the second edition of Festiuet was made public this Monday morning, confirming that La Gossa Sorda and Leire Martínez, former vocalist of La Oreja de Van Gogh, will be the headliners. At the time of the announcement, 10,000 two-day passes had already been sold. Single-day tickets will go on sale starting this Wednesday.

"It maintains the essence of last year's edition and can match the figures."

Narcís Castellà · Festival Director
On Friday, July 17, the stage will host groups such as La Fúmiga (on their farewell tour), Juan Magan, La Pegatina, Els Pets, The Tyets, Nena Daconte, Doctor Prats, Teràpia de Shock, and Maria Jaume.
Saturday, July 18, will feature La Gossa Sorda, Figa Flawas, Buhos, Lax'n'busto, En Tol Sarmiento, Ginestà, Malifeta, and Abril. Leire Martínez will present a setlist where 50% of the songs are from her time with La Oreja de Van Gogh and the rest from her upcoming solo album.

"We are a reference point for important festivals."

Pere Granados · Mayor of Salou
One of the festival directors, Narcís Castellà, emphasized that Festiuet supports both Catalan music (from classic Catalan rock to contemporary acts) and Spanish pop. Castellà added that the Camp de Tarragona region had a “market gap” for music festivals compared to areas like Girona or Barcelona. Last year's capacity was up to 20,000 people, and there is a possibility of expanding it “sustainably” depending on ticket sales.
