The main action involves the construction of a pedestrian and bicycle lane nearly seven kilometers long on the N-340. This section will run from the junction with the A-7 to the boundary with the municipality of Altafulla, covering kilometers 1,165.2 and 1,171.4.

In addition to this major section, another 200-meter stretch will be built near the bridge over the Francolí river. Regarding the A-7, the project includes the installation of acoustic screens along 2.2 kilometers of the motorway, aiming to reduce noise pollution.

This investment, valued at 7.8 million euros, seeks to significantly improve the mobility of the numerous residential areas and campsites located in the eastern area of Tarragona, facilitating a safe and direct connection with the city center.
