The state housing agency Casa 47 has launched a tender for the construction of 22 affordable rental homes in Batea, located in the Terra Alta region.

The project, valued at 2.7 million euros, involves a new three-story building on Joan Miró street. The facility will be built on a 970-square-meter plot and will include parking spaces and storage rooms alongside the residential units.
Architectural plans focus on sustainability and social interaction, featuring a central core and exterior walkways to distribute access. The selection process will emphasize bioclimatic efficiency, gender perspective, and seamless integration with the local urban landscape.
