The event, described as a great success by the Agramunt Town Council, combined sports with social activism and solidarity. Before the start, an institutional manifesto was read by local organizations, including the women's association L'Esbarjo and several local sports clubs.
The manifesto highlighted the first Catalan women's conferences held in Barcelona in 1976 as a turning point for women's rights. The non-competitive race offered 6 and 8-kilometer routes and donated one euro from each registration to the Cancer Association.
The festive atmosphere at Mercadal Square featured performances by the Tabalers l'Espetec drum group and an aerobics session. The morning concluded with country dancing, marking a significant celebration of International Women's Day in the Urgell region.
