The demolition of an iconic chalet in Agramunt, known as Ca la Trudis, is generating anticipation among locals for the construction of a new Bon Preu-Esclat supermarket.

The demolition of the house, located by the urban stretch of the C-14 in Agramunt, has generated considerable anticipation among the residents of the Urgell municipality. The property, considered by many as one of the area's emblematic chalets, is being torn down to make way for the construction of a new commercial establishment.
According to municipal sources, the new supermarket will belong to the Bon Preu-Esclat chain. The project involves the creation of a medium-sized establishment, with a total of 2,400 square meters built. Of these, 2,200 square meters will be dedicated exclusively to the sales area. Additionally, the new facility will include its own parking for 44 vehicles.
