The La Seu d'Urgell City Council has begun outlining social investments for its Neighborhood Plan, focusing on community integration and the fight against discrimination and hate speech.

On Tuesday, local authorities met with the Department of Equality and Feminism to discuss strategies for enhancing social harmony. The meeting highlighted the need for specific actions to address racism and promote inclusion among all residents, regardless of their background.

"We can complement the Neighborhood Law proposals with a new framework that allows for work on anti-racism and hate speech issues."
