The intensive program will run from March 30th to April 2nd, between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Aimed at residents aged 16 to 18, the course is fully funded by the Generalitat de Catalunya to promote youth employment and social inclusion.
Participants will receive 20 hours of training covering pedagogical skills, group management, and conflict resolution. Registration is now open through the Quàlia online platform, with limited spots available for those interested in starting a career in educational leisure.
