The mobilization in Tàrrega began early in the morning with coordinated traffic cuts. Protests affected major roads such as Tarragona Avenue, Josep Tarradellas, and Onze de Setembre, where teachers voiced their concerns before the main gathering at the Plaça Major.
“"We are here against our will; we would like to be in class with our students, but we have a system so broken that we had to come out to defend it."
The strike saw high participation in the city's public centers. Notable support was recorded at the Manuel de Pedrolo and Alfons Costafreda institutes. Similarly, at the Maria Mercè Marçal, Jacint Verdaguer, and Àngel Guimerà schools, activity was limited to the minimum services mandated by the Generalitat de Catalunya.
In contrast to the public sector, participation in private subsidized schools like Pia and Vedruna was almost non-existent. Following the manifesto reading in Tàrrega, participants traveled to Lleida to join the central demonstration in the Segrià capital.
