Participation is open to all individuals over 18 years old who wish to submit original and unpublished works. The deadline for submitting proposals is Tuesday, March 17, at 2:00 PM.

Designs can be submitted physically at the Citizen Attention Office (OAC), located at Plaça Major, 1, or electronically through the Tàrrega City Council's e-headquarters.

The jury will specifically value designs inspired by the various expressions of the Major Festival, emphasizing popular culture, public space, music, and community celebration. Creativity, originality, and aesthetic criteria will be highly considered.

A key aspect of the evaluation is the incorporation of inclusive values, such as the representation of sexual and gender diversity, avoiding the reproduction of stereotypes. An expert commission will make a pre-selection before the Participatory Culture Board issues the final verdict.
