Renfe restored the rail service between Tàrrega and Cervera in the early evening after Adif resolved the landslide risk that had interrupted the RL4 and RL3 lines.

The train service for lines RL4 (Lleida PirineusTerrassa Estació del Nord) and RL3 (Lleida PirineusCervera) was restored on the section between Cervera and Tàrrega after the railway infrastructure administrator (Adif) guaranteed the safety of the tracks. The interruption had occurred due to a landslide risk in this section.
This incident is part of the public transport crisis that has affected the area in recent days. During the interruption period, Renfe maintained an alternative road transport service to minimize inconvenience to users.
Initially, the alternative road service for the RL4 covered the section between Terrassa and Cervera. However, to cover the rail interruption, the buses extended their route to Cervera, serving both the RL4 and RL3 lines.

The railway company confirmed the resolution of the incident and the resumption of normal train circulation around seven in the evening.

The normalization of the service allows users in the Urgell and Segarra regions to recover the full rail connection, minimizing the inconvenience caused by the need to use substitute transport.
