The Minister of Agriculture, Òscar Ordeig, confirmed that access restrictions in Collserola and Cerdanyola del Vallès due to the African swine fever outbreak will be extended until February 5 if no further infected wild boars are detected.

The Minister of Agriculture of the Generalitat de Catalunya, Òscar Ordeig, announced in an interview with RAC1 that the confinement period in the twenty-kilometer security area will be extended for two months from the last confirmed case.
This security zone includes municipalities such as Cerdanyola del Vallès and the Collserola Natural Park, maintaining restricted access to the natural environment to prevent the spread of the disease.
