It has finally been confirmed that a 365 establishment will occupy the commercial space in the new Residencial Sant Pere building. This opening will mark the brand's seventh location in Terrassa.
The identity of the future business had been a mystery since the developer Patrimonial Catalana d'Immobles (PCI) announced the sale of all residences and the commercial space. At that time, it was indicated that the space had been acquired by an investment group, but its use had not been made public.
With finishing works nearing completion, the ground floor at number 31 Sant Pere street will house the new 365 establishment. The premises span almost 180 square meters and have a facade on both Sant Pere street and Gaudí street. Previously, the fashion store Cloe was located at this site.
This opening is part of the urban transformation underway in the central section of Sant Pere street. Nearby, Ambar Grup Immobiliari is also constructing a new housing development, consolidating the revitalization of this important city artery.
