Entrepreneurs Ivan Carvajal and David Fernández have opened Felthy's on Carrer del Sol in Sabadell, a new culinary space focusing on the balance between healthy eating and sweet treats.

Operating for six months, the venue has attracted a wide range of customers, from fitness enthusiasts to local office workers. The name Felthy's represents the fusion of 'happy' and 'healthy', featuring a menu with granola bowls, pancakes, and specialty coffee from Costa Rica.

"I always thought this area needed something like this, centered around a healthy lifestyle, but also with a sweeter side for treats."

David Fernández · Co-founder of Felthy's
The menu highlights include chia bread toasts ranging from 4.90 to 8.50 euros. Following the initial success, the owners are considering adding salads to their afternoon and morning offerings to further expand their healthy concept.
