The Sabadell City Council evacuated two residential buildings on Rosa Street this Sunday, March 15, following a partial structural collapse that left one person injured.

The incident occurred in a building dating back to 1800. According to the Bombers de la Generalitat, the traditional rammed earth walls lost stability due to recent heavy rains, leaving the upper floors unsupported.

"We fear that another part of the facade or the front roof might fall. We are concerned it could collapse forward onto the street."
