The judge investigating the 2001 murder of Helena Jubany in Sabadell has received forensic reports confirming that Santi Laiglesia did not write the anonymous messages sent to the victim.

The National Police scientific unit compared the handwriting of the anonymous letters with that of Santi Laiglesia. The results definitively rule him out as the author of several fragments, while other parts of the text remain inconclusive regarding their origin.
These messages are critical to the case, as one was delivered with a drink containing benzodiazepines, the same substance found in the victim's system. With these tests completed, the legal process in Sabadell is moving toward the trial phase, pending any final requests from the legal parties involved.
