Playing at the ZEM Rambla del Celler, the local side remained unbeaten in regular time throughout the tournament. After a narrow semi-final loss on shoot-outs against AH&BC Amsterdam, they defeated Belgium's Royal Leopold 5-4 to claim the podium spot during the hockey section's centenary year.
This achievement highlights Sant Cugat's growing international presence. Other local clubs like DSV Club Voleibol Sant Cugat and Oxigen Patí Hoquei Club are also making strides in European competitions, with the latter currently competing for a spot in the World Skate Europe Cup Final Four.
