The Terrassa City Council has confirmed that the ambitious rehabilitation of the Masia Freixa will now be completed by May 31st, following a two-month administrative extension.

The 1.8 million euro project, funded by Next Generation EU resources, focuses on restoring the structural integrity and aesthetic beauty of this Lluís Muncunill masterpiece. Municipal architect Ramon Vidal reported that key tasks, such as telecommunications and sewage connections, are already finished.
Future visitors will be able to access the upper tower in small groups of five people for safety reasons. The project also includes a new accessible entrance and the restoration of original features like the Era pavement and the building's iconic white facade.
