The 'malva' team started the second half of the season with a performance in Lloret de Mar, where they completed the 4 de 8, 2 de 7, and 3 de 8 towers. The event began with two pilars de 4 and concluded with a 'vano' de 5, demonstrating solidity and regaining momentum after resuming rehearsals.
Team leader Bru Busom expressed a very positive assessment of their return to the 'plaça' (square). "We've only had two rehearsals, and the performance has given us very good feelings. We've found the expected physical form, and we are very happy because the level is there, and we are eager to continue," he stated.
Busom also highlighted the incorporation of new members for this final stretch of the season. "We have regained people who were not available in the first part of the season; they will add more potential, and we need to keep rehearsing so these towers grow in the 'plaça'," he explained.
Regarding future objectives, the team plans to attempt level nine towers for the event in Sitges, scheduled for Saturday, August 29th. Subsequently, in Sabadell, the goal will be to achieve the 'gamma extra' with structures such as the 2 de 9 amb folre i manilles, 3 de 9 amb folre, 4 de 9 amb folre, and the pilar de 7 amb folre.
The progression will be gradual, with firm steps and consolidating the work done. "With the towers we had already worked on, the reinforcements, and the consolidated work, we are convinced they will be achieved," Busom concluded, focusing on the next performance in Sitges.
